Biographical note | Robert Lee Humber, Jr. (1898-1970) was an attorney, businessman, politician, and activist in North Carolina. He was well-known nationally and internationally for his Movement for World Federation, he was instrumental in the founding North Carolina Museum, and he lead an effort to create a community college in Pitt County, North Carolina. |
